Jake was the assistant director of the original production of The Wedding and is excited to join this wonderful cast onstage for the new run. He recently directed Waiting for Lefty for Old World Theatre Company, assistant directed for Stage Left Theatre's LeapFest, and was the Grand Loser of DrekFest for his "bad play" Man Vs. Carp. Performance credits include Waiting for Lefty with Old World Theatre Company; The Hot L Baltimore (Katz), Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead (CB), Seagull (Medvedenko), and Urinetown (Bobby Strong) at UIC. He has also worked as a literary intern with Victory Gardens. He'd like to thank his family for their endless support, and Joanna for her understanding and love.
