Dana most recently appeared on stage with TUTA as Tybalt and Paris in Romeo and Juliet. He assistant directed the first incarnation of Uncle Vanya and It’s Only the End of the World as well as choreographing violence for Tracks and Huddersfield. He also appeared on stage as Doole in the latter. Dana was also recently seen as the title role in Greasy Joan & Company’s production of Macbeth. Other local credits include Chicago Shakespeare, Shaw Chicago, the Goodman Theatre, First Folio Shakespeare Festival and Trapdoor Theatre as well as Defiant, Strawdog and GroundUp theatre companies. In addition, Dana has done violence choreography for a handful of local troupes. Outside the Chicago area, Dana has performed on stages at Colorado Shakespeare Festival; Swine Palace Productions in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Nebraska Repertory Theater. Dana holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska.
